Please include your Shopify store domain (for example, your-store.myshopify.com) and a short description of the issue so we can assist you faster.
Response Time
We aim to respond to App support requests within 1–2 business days. Complex issues may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt and keep you updated.
Shopify App
The App is installed from the Shopify App Store. A public listing link will be added here after App Store approval. If you already have the App installed, open it from Shopify Admin → Apps.
Policies
Billing and Uninstall
Subscription charges are managed through Shopify Billing. To cancel, uninstall the App from your Shopify admin or manage your subscription through the App billing settings shown in Shopify.
After uninstall, App-stored data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (including Shopify mandatory redaction webhooks).
